Graduate school often involves working closely with others, whether in labs, research groups, or team-based projects, which can sometimes lead to conflict or difficult conversations. This workshop will help graduate students develop practical skills for navigating interpersonal challenges, communicating effectively, and addressing conflict in a respectful and productive way. Participants will learn strategies for setting boundaries, managing emotions, and approaching challenging conversations with confidence.
This workshop is offered in partnership with the Counseling Center. Food will be provided.
