Do you ever feel like you don’t belong in graduate school, despite evidence of your success? You're not alone. Many graduate students experience Impostor Syndrome, the persistent feeling of self-doubt and fear of being exposed as a “fraud,” even when they are high-achieving and capable.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore what impostor syndrome is, how it shows up in the graduate student experience, and most importantly, how to build resilience in the face of it. Through guided discussion and practical strategies, participants will learn how to reframe negative self-talk, normalize their experiences, and cultivate a stronger sense of academic and personal confidence.
Food will be provided, so come hungry for both nourishment and knowledge!
What You’ll Gain:
A clear understanding of impostor syndrome and how it manifests
Tools to manage self-doubt and performance anxiety
Opportunities to share and connect with peers facing similar challenges
Resources for ongoing support and confidence-building
