This program uses the Graduate School's English Language Proficiency Score Requirements and Minimum Scores for Regular Admission. GPA (Required)
Overall 3.0+ GPA (on a 4.0 scale) from an accredited bachelor's degree or previously completed graduate degree. Transcripts using a different grading scale will be evaluated and converted to a 4.0 scale by the Graduate School.
Letter of Recommendation (1 Required)
One letter of recommendation from an individual that can assess your readiness for a Master’s level certificate program.
Resume (Required)
A professional resume or CV required.
Statement of Purpose (Required)
Most statements of purpose are 1-2 pages long and should describe your background, reasons for attending your chosen graduate program and post-graduation goals.
Transcript (Required)
Please upload an unofficial transcript for any institution of higher education at which you have completed 15 or more credit hours. Official transcripts must be received prior to registering for classes.
International applicants: please make sure that your transcript includes a grading scheme. All others: please include a grading scheme if your university does not use a letter-based (e.g. A, A-, B) grading scheme.
The minimum GPA to be considered: 3.0 (for regular admission). Students who do not meet these requirements, but who excel in other areas, may be considered for Admission with Permission to Continue.

What if I don't meet the minimum language requirements?
What if my GPA is less than 3.0?
We will consider your application even if your GPA is lower than our minimum (3.0 on a 4-point scale) if you have other areas of strength, as highlighted by your CV, research experience, or letters of reference. In such cases, you may be admitted conditionally under a “Permission to Continue” clause (PTC). A condition will be imposed on the admission, typically requiring to maintain a 3.0 GPA or better in the first 12 credits of graduate work at UA.
